XD-MSM型定速式摩擦试验机的改造

摘要:通过分析XD-MSM型定速式摩擦试验机使用过程中的噪声大、控温稳定性差、摩擦盘盘面跳动过大等缺点,得出轴承及轴承座变形损坏的主要原因,进行了轴承的选用、轴承座的材料选择、轴承座结构工艺改进、轴承的配合与预紧等技术改造。经试验测试结果证明:通过技术改造,降低了噪声,减小了温控曲线波动范围及摩擦盘盘面跳动,提高了设备的稳定性,改善了工作环境。

Abstract:The paper bases on the shortcomings of XD-MSM constant speed friction tester in process of using, such as loud noise, poor stability of temperature control and excessive fluctuation of friction disk, gets main reason about deform or damage of bearing and pedestal by analyzing. The test results prove that reduce the noise, the variation of temperature control curve and friction disk beating, improve the stability of the equipment and the working environment by the technical renovation such as selections of bearing and pedestal material, the modification about structured craftwork of the pedestal, bedding-in and preloading of bearings and so on.
