基于SPSS的蝶阀流阻性能回归分析

摘要:阀门流阻系数不但影响阀门功能,还影响整个流体系统的能耗,准确掌握阀门的流阻系数对所有流体系统设计有着重要意义。通过对蝶阀流阻性能试验研究得到的相关试验数据,采用SPSS统计分析软件首先对其进行散点图形分析,观察得其相关数据规律成曲线状,然后运用回归分析对其进行二次和三次曲线拟合,得到流速与流阻系数的二次和三拟合曲线,在对其比较分析的基础上建立最优回归模型,并对其进行显著性和拟合优度检验,为在不同流速下合理预测阀门流阻系数提供依据。

Regression analysis for flow resistance coefficient based on SPSS

Abstract:Flow resistance coefficient of the valve not only affect the valve function but also affect energy consumption of the entire fluid system. It has an important significance for all fluid system design to know the flow resistance coefficient accurately. Through a butterfly valve flow resistance experiment, testing data can be got .Using SPSS statistics analysis software on these data for bulk points graphics analysis and observing its curve shape. Then carrying on the regression analysis with these data in order to perform velocity and flow resistance coefficient of the two and three fitting curve. Based on comparing with each other, the optimal regression model is established and with significant and excellent degrees test on it. This provide evidence for predicting flow resistance coefficient accurately in different flow velocity .
