基于机器视觉的轴承套圈漏车加工工序的检测方法

摘要:在轴承套圈生产中,由于人为或机器的原因,有些产品会出现漏掉车加工工序的现象。为了提高产品的质量,杜绝残次品流向市场,提出了一种基于图像处理技术的自动检测方法,通过对轴承套圈的图像分析和判断,实现对残次品的自动识别。经过实验,该方法具有速度快、准确率高、适应性强的特点,用于企业生产中将会有效地提高产品检测的效率和准确性,从而提高企业经济效益。

The method of detecting missing turning operation of bearing ring based on machine view

Abstract:In bearing ring production, due to human or machine factors, some products will miss turning operation. In order to improve product quality, eliminate the defective products into the market, an automatic detection method based on machine vision technology is proposed. This method based on the analysis and jugemengt of the image of the bearing rings, to achieve the automatic identification of defective goods. Through the experiment, the method has fast speed, high accuracy rate, strong adaptability. It will effectively improve product detection efficiency and accuracy for enterprise production, so as to improve the economic efficiency of enterprises.
