镁合金尾舱应力和模态计算分析

摘要:基于SolidWorks 2009分析软件Simulation,对一种水下无人航行器镁合金薄壁曲线尾舱,在外部静水压强1~2.1 MPa范围进行舱体结构特性有限元数值模拟。计算获得舱体应力和变形位置分布及随外压载荷的分布,并分析2.05 MPa外水压强下壳壁破裂的舱体试件,两种有限元网格模型计算出舱体前10阶固有频率和振型,计算分析结果可为尾舱结构设计改进提供一定指导。

Stress and modal computing analysis of a magnesium alloy tail cabin

Abstract:Based on the finite element numerical analysis module Simulation of SolidWorks2009, the structure characteristics are computed under external hydrostatic pressure 1-2.1 MPa for a kind of UUV magnesium alloy thin-walled curved tail cabin. The stress and deformation distributions of cabin with the position and external pressure load are obtained, and analyzing the cabin test piece of shell wall rupture in external water pressure 2.05 MPa, computing first 10 order natural frequency and vibration modal of the cabin with two kinds of finite element net models. The results can provide some guidance for the tail design improvement.
