基于6SigmaET的某电子设备瞬态热设计

摘要:阐述了热量传递的基本原理及热量传递的三种基本形式。介绍了一种新的热分析工具6SigmaET及其特点。针对关于稳态热设计的研究已经足够充分,而关于瞬态热设计的研究则比较缺乏的现状,运用6SigmaET对某瞬态工作的电子设备进行了热仿真,并对仿真过程进行了详细描述。算例结果表明,热仿真结果与实测结果非常接近,进一步论证了在方案设计阶段引入热设计对提高电子设备的可靠性和竞争力具有重要意义。

Transient thermal design of an electronic equipment by 6SigmaET

Abstract:The fundamentals and three basic forms of the heat transfer are described in detail. A new thermal analysis software——6SigmaET and its characteristics are introduced. In view of the fact that the researches on stable thermal design are abundant but the researches about transient thermal design is insufficient. Thermal simulation of an electronic equipment which works transiently is actualized and its process is described in detail. The computational results of the example indicate that the results of the thermal simulation are close to the actual results very much. It also demonstrates that it is significant for increasing the reliability and competitive power of the electronic equipments when during their conceptual design by introducing thermal design.
