节能型压铸机关键技术研究

摘要:针对大型压铸机提出变频节能技术的解决方案,在控制器硬件和软件设计基础上,应用无感矢量闭环转矩控制技术和双DSP专用能效系统中央处理器,配合压铸专用程序软件,大幅降低压铸机在循环生产中的小流量状态下的电力消耗,提高压铸机的工作效率,实现压铸机的电力节能,并针对8000 kN压铸机进行变频节能改造,节能效果达到41%,工作效率提高15%,从而实现技术革新与节能降耗的目的,与常规压铸机产品相比,可节电25%~35%。

The study on the key technology for the Energy-saving Die-Casting machine

Abstract:Aiming at the large die casting machine, the frequency conversion energy-saving technology solutions are put forward. Based on the design of controller hardware and software, and the application of the non-inductive vector loop torque control technology and double CPU, DSP special energy efficiency system cooperating with die-casting specialized application software, electricity consumption of die casting machine was greatly decreased in circulation in the production at small flow rate condition and the working efficiency of the die casting machine was improved, so that die-casting machine electricity energy was saved. And the frequency conversion energy-saving was applied in 8000 kN die-casting machine, energy saving effect is 41%, the efficiency was increased by 15%, so as to realize technology innovation and the purpose of saving energy, compared with the conventional die casting machine products, electricity consumption can be energy-saving 25%~35%.
