基于零件相似性工艺派生的CAPP系统研究与应用

摘要:通过对机械零件特征的分析提取,归纳总结了其加工工序、工艺知识、余量计算公式和典型零件。基于零件特征的相似性,研究了CAPP工艺派生原理,建立了典型工序库、工艺知识库、典型零件库等,提出了一套基于相似零件的工艺派生方法,并对其进行了验证。解决了机械产品品种多、更新频繁、高相似度情况下工艺制定的重复性工作问题,使工艺文件的制定更加高效、准确、标准化、智能化。

Abstract:In this paper, manufacturing procedure, process knowledge, margin calculation and typical part were summarized by means of analyzing the characteristics of the machine part. Based on the similarity of the part characteristics, CAPP process derived principle was studied, and typical process library, process knowledge library and typical part library were established. What’s more, process derived method based on the similar part was illustrated, which was confirmed by the application. Also, some typical problems were solved, such as vary machinery products, frequent update and repetitive work of process planning, which makes the establishment of process files much more effective, accurate, standard and intelligent.
