履带式全液压底板锚杆钻机的设计

摘要:随着开采深度的增加,巷道底板往往成为支护的薄弱环节,给生产带来了安全威胁和隐患。然而我国目前所使用的锚杆钻机不能有效地在高应力软岩中打巷道底板锚杆眼,使得底板围岩得不到有效加固。针对上述问题,分析了现有底板锚杆钻机发展概况,并设计了一种具有履带行走功能的全液压底板锚杆钻机。通过分析论证,该底板锚杆钻机可以实现加快底板锚固的作业、有效控制巷道变形的目的。

Abstract:The road way floor becomes the weakness of roadway support with the increase of mining depth. That weakens sometimes even brings security threats and hidden trouble to the workers. The reason for this is that the bolt drill in China cannot drill bolt holes effectively in the high stressed soft rock which results in the unconsolidation of the floor surrounding rock and the carry ring with the cambered ceiling. In response to these problems, this paper designed a crawler full hydraulic floor roof bolter.
