盾构机刀盘变频驱动控制系统设计

摘要:结合盾构机刀盘驱动系统的特点,设计了一套适用于6米直径盾构机刀盘的以PLC为控制器、变频器为驱动器,基于CANopen协议通讯的变频驱动控制系统方案,分析了采用并行同步作为控制策略的原因,并详细阐述了刀盘变频驱动控制系统的状态机控制流程。

The design of TBM cutter head VFD control system

Abstract:Regard to the feature of tunnel boring machine (TBM) cutter head drive system, based on the CAN open protocol communication we designed a variable frequency drive (VFD) control system, which is suitable for EPBs with the cutter head diameter of 6meters. In this design used PLC as the controller and transducer as the driver. The main emphasis is on the reason why to use parallelism, synchronization as control strategy. It also explained state machine’s control flow of this VFD control system in details.
