基于RFID的门业制造企业集成化车间生产管理系统研究

摘要：针对门业制造企业车间物流信息采集困难和生产作业管理信息交互性差等问题，在企业内部引入射频识别技术（RFID），提出了基于RFID的车间物流信息采集模式。在此基础上提出了门业制造企业集成化车间生产管理系统，设计了总体结构和主要功能模块，并对基于面向服务架构的系统集成技术方案进行了研究。该系统已成功应用于某门业有限公司的车间信息化建设中，取得了良好的应用效果。

Abstract：There have some problems in the door manufacturing enterprise, such as workshop logistics information collection difficulties and low information interaction in production operation management, radio frequency identification technology was introduced to the enterprise, and workshop logistics information acquisition mode based on RFID was proposed. On this basis, the door manufacturing enterprise integrated production management system was proposed, the architecture and function structure of the system were designed. Then, the schemes of system integration technology based on service oriented architecture were studied. The system has been successfully applied to the information construction of the workshop in a door industry in Chongqing, and achieved good application effect.
