基于NX和Imageware的正逆向相结合的复杂曲面设计

摘要：复杂曲面的设计一般不同于简单曲面的设计，传统的正向设计已难以完成，而单纯的逆向设计也难以令人满意。阐述了一种正、逆向相结合的复杂曲面设计方法，介绍了NX和Imageware两种软件的各自特点，在曲面设计的不同阶段综合运用这两种软件。首先，在Imageware中进行点云的前处理，包括去杂点、简化、多边形化、定位和分割等，接着进行构线和构面，然后在NX中进行曲面的修剪、倒圆、补面和片体加厚等操作，最后运用多种方法对曲面进行检测。

Design of complicated surfaces based on NX and Imageware combining forward design with reverse design

Abstract：Normally, the design of complicated surfaces is different from the one of simple surfaces, it is difficult to finish the design by the traditional forward design, and it is also unsatisfied to do only by the reverse design. The paper sets forth a design way of complicated surfaces combining the forward design with the reverse design, and introduces their characteristic of NX and Imageware software. The two softwares are applied in the design of surfaces in the different steps. At first, point cloud is treated in Imageware, including clearing, simplifing, polygonizing, aligning and spliting point cloud. Then curves and surfaces are constructed. And then, trimming, blending, repatching, thickening and other operations of surfaces are finished in NX. Finally, the surfaces are checked with several methods.
