摩擦式离合器的摩擦片和离心蹄块研究

摘要:摩擦式离合器由于结构简单、体积较小、短时间内可承受过载和打滑且离合器的结构不受损伤的优点,再加上其易于调整与维护且价格较低,不但在小型手持机具中应用广泛,而且在一些工程机械中也大量应用。然而,由于受该种离合器的摩擦片和离心蹄块的摩擦材料的影响,其摩擦磨损性能以及工作过程中出现的“热膨胀”现象,一直没有得到很好地解决,以致影响它的功能和使用寿命。

Research on friction and centrifugal hoof block of friction clutch

Abstract:Due to it’s simple structure, smaller and can withstand overload and slipping in a short time to ensure that the structure of the clutch against damage, moreover it’s easy to adjust and maintain and the price is low, so that Friction clutch not only used widely in small hand-held equipment but also some construction machinery. However, due to the effects of friction materials of this kinds clutch friction plate and centrifugal hoof block, its friction and wear performance and "thermal expansion" phenomenon in the course of work has never been satisfactorily resolved, thus affecting its function and life.
