摘要：提出一种基于并联机构雅可比矩阵条件数全域参数优化方法。以并联机构6-pss为研究对象，根据机构的结构形式推导出机构的速度数学模型、建立雅可比矩阵，并用范数的形式建立雅可比矩阵条件数的数学模型；对并联机构进行参数归一化处理后，以条件数的平均值与波动值的综合值作为目标建立目标函数、给出约束条件，最后通过数值计算得到机构雅可比矩阵条件数的平均值、波动值曲线和优化目标函数值的曲线图，优化出最佳参数值，为该机构尺寸优化提供重要依据。

Parameters optimization of parallel mechanism based on the condition of Jacobian matrix

Abstract：A method of global optimization on parallel mechanism based on the condition of Jacobian matrix is proposed. Taking parallel mechanism 6-PSS for the research object, a mathematical model of speed, Jacobian matrix is derived from the structure of the organization forms. With the norm form of Jacobian matrix, mathematical model of the number of conditions is established. Parameters of the parallel mechanism are normalized and the organization objective functions, constraint condition are given out. Through numerical calculation get institutions Jacobian matrix of the average number of conditions, fluctuation curves, optimization of the objective function values graph and the optimal parameters. For the optimizing of this organization provides important basis.
