摘要：国内外企业推行精益生产的众多成功和失败案例从正反两方面证明了，在精益生产的推行过程中，人的因素至关重要，尤其是作为所有活动执行者的基层操作者。为评价和研究操作者参与精益生产推行工作的动因，首先运用亲和图法进行了调查分析，然后应用信息量计算方法对调查结果进行探讨，并提出了相应的对策。

Study on motivation of operators for implementing lean production

Abstract：Large number of successful and unsuccessful cases in domestic and foreign enterprises from both the positive and negative aspects prove that in lean production implementing process the human element is very important, especially operators who execute all activities. In order to evaluate and research the motive of operators in implementing lean production work, the Affinity diagram method is used to investigate, and the result is further discussed by applying information calculating method in this paper.
