弧齿锥齿轮参数化建模方法研究

摘要:利用三维设计软件Pro/E对齿高类型为等顶隙收缩齿的格利森弧齿锥齿轮进行参数化建模,实现了三维实体模型的自动建立。通过修改辅助线及添加关系式可得其他齿高类型的弧齿锥齿轮。经过虚拟装配及干涉检验,齿轮副在啮合过程中无干涉现象。基于VB 6.0编写的参数化建模程序,能够通过接口程序Automation Gateway(AGW)驱动Pro/E实现弧齿锥齿轮参数化建模及参数值的记录,为弧齿锥齿轮的设计及加工提供了便利。

The study of parametric modeling method of spiral bevel gears

Abstract:3D design software of Pro/E was used to establish parametric model of Gleason spiral bevel gears with tooth depth type of shrinkage tooth with equal tip clearance, realizing the automatic establishment of 3d solid model. The model of spiral bevel gear with other tooth depth type can be obtained through modifying the auxiliary line and adding the relationship and no interference phenomenon in the gear pair meshing process was found by the virtual assembly and interference checking. The parametric modeling of the spiral bevel gears and record of related parameter values were realized, based on the parametric modeling program written with the VB6.0, with Pro/E driven by the interface program Automation Gateway (AGW), providing convenience for design and machining of spiral bevel gears.
