摘要:以节能玻璃生产线中玻璃吹干设备的风刀为研究对象,在不改变其力学结构的前提下将其模型进行简化,并应用ANSYS软件进行模态分析,得出风刀的前六阶固有频率及振型,找到了结构的薄弱环节在于风刀中部。通过在风刀上加固加强板,改进了风刀结构,改变了原来风刀的振动特性,改善了风刀工作过程中的振动问题。并通过ANSYS软件改进后的风刀进行模态分析。分析结果显示,改进后风刀各阶固有频率有所提高,振幅有所下降,为改进工作提供了理论依据和数据支持。

Modal analysis of air-knife based on ANSYS

Abstract:Taking air-knife—the glass drying equipment of the hollow energy-saving glass production line as the object of study, simplifying its model under the premise that no change in its mechanical structure, using Ansys software as the tool of modal analysis, we get the first six natural frequencies and mode shapes of the air-knife, and find that the weak link of the air-knife is the middle of it. We improve the structure of the air-knife by installing reinforcing plates. Through modal analysis we find that the natural frequencies increased, the amplitude decline. The result provides a theoretical basis and data support for the structural improvements.
