奔驰桥轮边减速器齿轮疲劳寿命预测

摘要:采用计算机辅助工程(CAE)技术来估计奔驰桥轮边减速器齿轮的疲劳寿命。首先运用UG对其行星轮、太阳轮、行星架进行建模并装配;其次在ADAMS中将Hertz接触理论嵌入仿真模型,在齿轮之间施加接触力,实现齿轮啮合的动态实时仿真,并得到其载荷谱;接着将实体简化模型导入MSC.Patran/ nastran中进行有限元分析,获得模型的应力应变分布;最后,将载荷谱和应力应变分布导入MSC.Fatigue进行疲劳寿命计算。通过疲劳分析得到轮边减速器齿轮疲劳寿命的分布情况和最危险点的寿命值,该方法和结论对设计汽车的轮边减速器具有指导作用。

Fatigue life analysis for Benz axle side reducer gear

Abstract:In the paper, the fatigue life of the Benz Axle side reducer gear is estimated by computer-aided engineering (CAE) technology. Firstly, planetary gear, sun gear, planet carrier are modeled and assembled by UG. Secondly, in ADAMS, Hertz contact theory is embedded, and a contact force also will be exerted between virtual gears in order to realize the dynamic real-time simulation of the gear meshing and obtain its load spectrum. Then finite element analysis is used in MSC.Patran/Nastran software after the simplified model of entities is imported, so as to get stress and strain distribution. Finally, the load spectrum, stress and strain distribution of gears are inputed in the MSC.Fatigue to calculate its fatigue life. Through the calculation, the distribution of the wheel-side reducer gear and the life values of the most dangerous point will receive. Methods and conclusions in the paper will guide the design of the car wheel-side reducer.
