故障树分析支持下串联制造系统可靠性分配的动态规划方法研究

摘要:针对串联制造系统可靠性设计中可靠性分配问题,提出了在现有约束条件下通过动态规划法来完成可靠性分配最优化的方法。首先,基于故障树分析理论确定影响串联制造系统运行的一般因素,并明确这些影响因素在企业制造系统实际运行中的表现形式;其次,在现行制造系统的约束条件下,建立多维动态规划法的模型,以期达到系统可靠性的最优分配;最后,以某大型复杂设备的制造过程为例,验证本方法的可行性和有效性。

Dynamic planning method of reliability distribution for series manufacturing system supported by FTA

Abstract:In this paper, in order to solve the problem of reliability distribution for series manufacturing system, an improved dynamic planning method under the existing constraints was proposed. In this method, series of factors affecting the general operation of manufacturing systems were confirmed based on Fault Tree Analysis (FTA). Then, an improved multi-dimensional parameter dynamic planning model was constructed to allocate reliability. Finally, an engineering example was provided to demonstrate concrete solving process and the validity of the method was shown.
