基于有限元法的冲击器模态分析

摘要冲击器是一种在工业上广泛应用的机械设备,冲击频率是衡量冲击性能的重要指标。为了研究冲击器的振动对冲击器冲击频率的影响,在CATIA平台下,建立了基于BBG公司的HS-571GHN型冲击器的三维模型,应用Hypermesh软件对冲击器的几何模型进行了有限元前处理,在MSC.Nastran平台下,对冲击器进行了模态分析计算,得出了冲击器的模态振型和激振频率,在模态分析结果的基础上,研究了冲击器结构的抗震性和刚性,以及对冲击器冲击频率的影响。最后,对冲击器的改进做了理论探讨。

Research on the impactor’s modal analysis based on FEA

AbstractImpactor is a sort of widely used mechanical equipments in industry. The frequency is an important assessment index of impactor’s character. In order to study the influence of the impactor’s vibration, the 3D model is established in CATIA, preprocessed in Hypermesh, and modal analysis is worked out based on MSC.Nastran software. The vibration and stiffness characters of the impactor are studied based on its modal vibration shapes and natural frequency The improvement of the mechanical structure which is aimed at keeping the frequency precise is theoretically discussed.
