基于小波神经网络的集中控制水电站群组织结构评价研究

摘要:水电站集群控制技术已经成为水电站群集中监控、管理的重要技术,其组织结构的设计对于水电站集群控制管理效率具有重要的意义。针对这一问题,首先对集中控制水电站群组织结构设计思路进行了阐述,建立了集中控制水电站群组织结构评价的CVRC模型;其次,构建了集中控制水电站群组织结构评价指标体系,并在此基础上建立了基于小波神经网络的集中控制水电站群组织结构评价模型;最后,以某水电站集群组织结构的评价为例,验证了所提方法的可行性与有效性。

AbstractThe Hydropower cluster control technology has become a hydropower station in the cluster monitor and manages technology, the design of its organizational structure is of great significance for management efficiency of the Hydropower cluster control. To solve this problem, first of all, the paper expounded design ideas of organizational structure for centralized control of the hydropower station group, a CVRC model of evaluation was established. Then, a evaluation index system was built, and on this basis, evaluation model based on wavelet neural network was established. Finally, an example was used to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.
