无线三维调整机控制系统的设计

摘要:在现代造船业的现场制造和安装过程中,三维调整机是必不可少的关键设备。设计的无线三维调整机控制系统由1台主控制机及8台调整机组成,主控制机与调整机之间采用1对多的无线通信方式,工作频段433 M,双频点全双工通信模式;同时,为了确保数据在主控制机和三维调整机之间及时、准确可靠的传输,系统采取了建立全双工的通信模式以及采用合理的调制编码方式、数据包结构等措施,从而满足了生产的性能要求。

Abstract:In the manufacture and installation process of modern shipbuilding industry, three-dimensional adjustment machine is a key equipment which is indispensable.The wireless three-dimensional adjustment machine control system metioned in this paper consists of one main control machine and eight sets of adjustment machines.The one-to-many wireless communication mode is adopted between the main control machine and the adjustment machines, Frequency 433 M, dual-frequency, and full duplex communication mode. At the same time, in order to ensure that the data can be transferred in time and reliably between the main control machine and the adjustment machines, such measures are adoped in this system as the full duplex communication mode and the reasonable modulation coding mode and data packet structure. Then the performance requirements are satisfied.
