弧形摇杆式热气机传动机构的研究

摘要:将弧形摇杆机构应用到热气机的动力传动系统中,使热气机活塞运动最大程度地接近理想状态。研究采用实体建模、力学分析、精确计算,确保能量在传递过程中最少损耗;通过实际加工制作试验验证,充分证明该机构的可行性与实用性。该机构主动杆连接燃烧缸驱动飞轮旋转时,利用弧形摇杆机构同时连接辅助缸活塞和飞轮,充分将工质的能量转变为机械功,使得整个传动系统连续、平稳、高效。

The study of an arc like rocker of hot air driving mechanism

Abstract:It is a new type of hot air driving mechanism that applies arc like rocker mechanism to hot air power transmission system. In which case the piston motion of hot air engine can be the greatest extent to get close to the ideal condition.The research adopts solid modeling
, mechanics analysis,accurate calculation insure the least loss of energy during transformation.Through concrete manufacturing,experimental tests completely verify the feasibility and practicality of the mechanism.While the mechanism’s driving lever connected to the combustion cylinder drives fly wheel rotate, arc like rocker mechanism links to auxiliary cylinder’s piston and fly wheel,and completely converse the working medium’s energy into mechanical work in order to maintain the transmission system sustaining, stable and efficient.
