航天紧固件企业柔性制造单元重组研究

摘要:针对航天紧固件企业的生产特点,提出了适应航天紧固件企业的生产模式——柔性单元。以数控车床为集合,根据具体产品工艺和工时分配车床,形成加工单元,单元并随着任务的结束而解散。本文首先描述了航天紧固件企业柔性单元重组的流程。然后,描述了如何根据工艺、工时分配车床,形成加工单元,并建立数学模型。最后,采用某航天紧固件的实际案例运用到模型中,并用Lingo软件进行求解,得到零件排产的甘特图。该生产模式在某航天紧固件企业运用成功,并可以复制到其他生产特点类似的企业中。

Research on flexible cell reorganization of aerospace fastener enterprises

Abstract:According to the manufacturing characteristic of aerospace fastener enterprise, this paper puts forward production mode – flexible cell, which is suitable for this kind of enterprises. The cell is formed by a group of arranged CNCs according to specific product processes and time distribution, and the cell with the task of ending.This paper describes flexible cells’ reengineering process, then presents the mathematical model to explain how to allocate lathes to form the cells and last gives an example of an aerospace fastener enterprise with the result of scheduling Gantt chart using Lingo software. The production model is successfully used in the enterprise and could be replicated in other similar enterprises.
