材料特性对车轮疲劳强度的影响

摘要:研究材料非线性本构、非金属夹杂物、低温冲击功和断裂韧性对高速动车组车轮疲劳强度的影响。考虑弹塑性接触带钢轨车轮有限元分析模型,研究不同轮径下车轮轮辋应力分布规律。研究影响车轮疲劳强度的材料主要性能指标,研究夹杂物尺寸和许用应力、裂纹扩展门槛值的关系。研究断裂韧性和踏面剥离的关系、低温冲击功和车轮瞬间脆性破坏的关系。分析不同轮径和车轮疲劳强度的关系。

Effect of material properties on wheel fatigue strength

Abstract:The paper performs a research of the effect of material nonlinear constitutive, non-metallic inclusions, low-temperature impact energy and fracture toughness on wheel fatigue strength of high speed motor train unit. Considering the rail wheel finite element model of elastic-plastic contact, the wheel-rail contact stress field is analyzed. Under different wheel diameter, stress distribution of wheel rim is researched. The key performance indicators of material affectting the wheel fatigue strength is researched. The relationship between inclusion size and allowable stress, crack propagation threshold value is studied. The relationship between fracture toughness and tread spalling, the relationship between low-temperature impact energy and the wheel instantaneous brittle failure is studied. Relationship between the different diameter and wheel fatigue strength is analyzed.
