摘要:塑料薄膜是一种重要的商品软包装材料,其热收缩性对于商品包装的美观性有重要影响。适当的热收缩性可使包装紧凑,避免不平衡收缩导致薄膜产生褶皱。介绍了薄膜热收缩率的定义和标准规定的测量方法,介绍了目前常用的几种薄膜热收缩率测量仪器及其工作原理,总结了这些测试方法的优缺点,并提出一种新的测试方法。其思想可为后续的薄膜热收缩率测试方法研究提供指导。

The testing method of heat shrinkage of plastic film

Abstract:Plastic film is a kind of important commodity packaging materials, its thermal shrinkage rate is important for packaging aesthetics. The appropriate thermal shrinkage rate can make packaging compact, avoiding the wrinkle result from imbalance contraction. This paper introduces the definition of film thermal shrinkage rate and the standard testing methods, introduces several film thermal shrinkage analyzers and their working principles, summarizes these testing methods’ advantages and disadvantages, and puts forward a new testing method. Its idea can provide guidance for follow-up research on film thermal shrinkage rate testing method.
