锅炉给水泵轴封改造

摘要:通过对锅炉给水泵的轴封结构、冲洗方案等进行分析,指出了原轴封结构形式所引起的问题,即锅炉给水泵介质——锅炉水被污染。针对此问题提出了改造方案:根据锅炉给水泵工况和接口形式设计了新型的机械密封,选用合理的冲洗方案,增加换热器等。实践证明,改造后的给水泵轴封结构运行平稳,性能良好,消除了锅炉水被污染的问题,从而避免了因介质污染而引起整个热力系统的设备腐蚀,降低了设备的维护成本,为同类型的改造提供了借鉴和参考。

AbstractThrough analysis of boiler feed pump's shaft seal,flush plan, etc, point the problem because of the shaft seal structure that the medium of boiler feed pump –boiler water is polluted .Advance the reform plan that is to design new mechanical seal according to boiler feed pump's work condition and interface form,select reasonable flush plan and add heat exchanger, etc. Practice have proved that new shaft seal is in stable operation and good function, and eliminate the problem that boiler water is polluted, thereby avoid the corrosion of thermodynamic system equipment as the result of the medium pollution, reduce equipment maintenance cost, provide reference for similar reform.
