肥料颗粒混合技术研究

摘要:在机械混合机理的研究基础上,分析了叶轮转速和装料率对肥料颗粒混合度的影响,并对螺带式混合器和锚式混合器的混合特点进行了分析。通过研究不同混合叶片的相互作用,提出了螺带-螺杆组合叶轮、锚-螺杆组合叶轮和内-外直叶片组合叶轮的多叶轮设计方案。实践表明,在低转速情况下,多叶轮的混合特性与单一叶片相比有明显的提高,同时,内-外直叶片组合叶轮容易加工,具有较广的的混合适应性,满足了简易混合装置的设计要求,可以在复混肥料的生产中得到有效应用。

Study on mixing technology of manure

Abstract:Based on the mechanical mixing principle, the influence of impeller speed and pouring-rate of manure in mixer on the mixedness is analyzed, and mixing characters of ribbon mixer and anchor mixer are investigated. Considering the interaction of different impellers, the ribbon –screw multi-impeller, anchor- screw multi- impeller and inside-outside straight blades of multi-impeller are proposed. With practice, multi-impeller is shown to be more efficient than single impeller at slow speeds, and there are some typical merits of inside-outside straight blades of multi-impeller. It can been easily manufactured with wide applicability, which is suitbale for the simple mixing equipment design and practical in manure production.
