燃气喷嘴出口二维形状参数优化设计

摘要:国内外对燃气流道几何形状优化的研究还比较少,而生产企业一般通过尝试得到参数,缺乏理论依据。对燃气喷嘴出口处气体流动就是先采用二维模型进行的有限元模拟,给出出口处通道内流体的二维数学描述及数值处理方法,并采用四边形结构网格,考核了网格数和时间步长,对不同内部流道型线的喷嘴气体流动进行数值模拟。可以得到,对于窄矩形喷嘴,进口处的形状对流场运动的分布有较大的影响,轴对称收缩喷嘴的收缩角大小主要影响气流出口附近的流动,对流动具有不同的阻滞效果。

Abstract:The study of the optimization of the geometry study in gas flow at home and abroad is less, and production enterprise gets the parameters by trying and is lack of theoretical basis. This paper use two Dimension finite element simulation to gas flow in the gas nozzle outlet, puts forward two Dimension mathematical description and numerical processing method, and uses the quadrilateral grid structure, examine the grid number and time step, to a different type of internal flow line nozzle gas flow by numerical simulation. It can get that to the narrow rectangular nozzles, the shape of the inlet flow field distribution of movement has great influence, axisymmetric contraction of the nozzle size contract Angle main influence the flow of air around the export of current have different block effect.
