壁面移动机器人吸附方式的研究现状与发展

摘要:阐述了壁面移动机器人吸附方式的种类、特点。对三种成熟的吸附方式(磁吸附,真空吸附和推力吸附)的典型机器人进行了列举分析,分析得出三种成熟的吸附方式只适应在大型壁面移动机器人方面的设计需要,并且每种吸附方式下的机器人只能应用在特定的工作场合。结合新世纪对壁面移动机器人的发展的要求和成熟的吸附方式的存在局限性,提出随着MEMS加工技术发展、新材料的研发和仿生微型机器人需要,以无噪音,适应各种材质壁面的干性粘合剂作为一种新型吸附方式和适应小型化、微型化机器人设计的吸附方式是今后壁面移动机器人吸附方式新的发展趋势。

The development and research actuality of mobile wall robot adsorption mode

AbstractThis paper explains the adsorption types and characteristics of mobile wall robot. It analyzes the typical robot of three adsorption ways, which are magnetic adsorption, vacuum adsorption and thrust adsorption. The analysis is that three kinds of mature adsorption types only adapt to the design of large mobile wall robot and the robot of each adsorption only should be used in certain work situation. As the development of MEMS technology, research of new material and the need of bionic micro robot, this paper combining with the new requirements of the development of mobile wall robot and the limitation of the mature adsorption types, puts forward a new development tendency of adsorption way of mobile wall robot. This adsorption way is dry binder which has no noise, adapts to the wall of various materials and fits to the design of miniaturization robot.
