在役压力容器安全评估与剩余寿命预测的研究

摘要:鉴于压力容器应用的广泛性和使用中的重要地位,对其的安全评估犹显重要。阐述了对在役压力容器的安全评估的研究方法的发展演进以及各种研究方法的适用范围。鉴于核反应堆压力容器使用的高危险性及其重要作用,分析了核反应堆的安全评估的方法和国内外现状。压力容器剩余寿命预测一直是国内外研究热点,鉴于以往国内外对压力容器的安全评估基本上偏重于失效机理和应用静态的评估方法进行评定,报道了四川大学制造学院提出的基于缺陷失效路径的动态安全裕度概念的在役压力容器剩余寿命预测新方法。

AbstractConsidering the extensive application and important position,it’s significant to assess the safety of pressure vessel.Stated the development and evolution of the safety assessment methods of pressure vessel and the applicable scope of the methods.Considering the high risk and vital role of the nuclear reactor pressure vessel,analysed the safety assessment methods and current situation at home and abroad.Residual lifetime prediction of pressure vessel has been the research focus at home and abroad for a long time.Considering that the domestic and overseas researches of safety assessment basically laid particular stress on the failure mechanism and adopted static assessment methods,reported a new residual lifetime prediction method based on the concept of dynamic safety margin of defect failure path put forward by School of Manufacturing Sci.and Eng. of Sichuan University.
