基于实例检索的回转体零件CAPP方法研究

摘要:在以特征为基础的零件信息表达基础上,将加工方法与之结合,提出了实现工艺重用的面向制造工艺的特征信息模型,使面向制造工艺的特征成为工艺设计的基本模块;并与实例推理相结合,提出了回转类零件的实例相似度算法,并以目前比较流行的CAD/CAE/CAM软件之一Unigraphics为开发平台,在VC++6.0的编译条件下,利用Unigraphics提供的二次开发工具建立零件信息输入系统,搜索零件实例库中相似信息模型,从而较好地解决了回转体零件相似工艺实例检索的问题。通过实例证明,采用该方法对回转体零件进行工艺设计,可大大提高工作效率。

Abstract:In this article, In the feature-based part information on the basis of expression, the characteristics of parts of the information is combined with the processing methods, which is proposed to achieve the reuse process characteristics for manufacturing process information model, so that the manufacturing process of the feature combined with case-based reasoning rotary parts can be the process design of the basic module , which put forward the case similarity algorithm, And using one of the popular CAD / CAE / CAM software , Unigraphics as platform, in the VC++6.0 compiler conditions, with the Unigraphics second development tools to build parts information input system, search examples of parts library information model,and solve the rotary parts of similar process case retrieval problem. An example shows that this method make process design of rotational parts ,can improving work efficiency greatly.
