一人完结型CELL生产线改善

摘要：CELL化生产是指一种精益生产方式。在CELL化生产中，设备和工作站被以特定的顺序排列，通过这种排列，材料和零件能够以最小的搬运和延误顺利的通过流程。CELL化也具有多种方式，其中一人完结型Cell的生产效率最高。通过对生产现场的生产效率分析、人力构成分析，提出改善线体的方法、导入一人完结型Cell生产方式，以提高生产效率，并以作业测定为依据，结合IE生产线平衡改善手法并作相应的Cell化布局，以实例说明改善前后的生产效率情况，充分证明了一人完结型Cell生产线改善的可行性、有效性。

Abstract：Cell Production is a kind of Lean Production. In Cell Production, equipments and workstations were arranger in a particular order. Under this arrangement, materials and parts can shoot the process with the least handling and delay. Cell Production is major part of Lean Production. According the analysis of production efficiency, we get the method that improve the main line and lead “one end of type Cell production” is the key to raise the production efficiency. Base on work measurement, combining a balance improvement tactics of IE main line to arrange the cells. Describing with examples to explain the differences between before and after improvement. All of which had proved one end of type Cell production to be a suitable and effective method.
