一种新型轮胎装卸器的设计与仿真

摘要:提出了一种新型轮胎装卸器,该装卸器是由手柄摇杆机构和三级行星齿轮机构形成的一增力机构,操作者只需轻轻转动手柄,就可得到较大的输出转矩,从而轻便快捷地完成螺母的紧固或拆卸工作。阐述了该装卸器的设计方案和工作原理,并采取逆向设计方式对三级行星齿轮机构进行了详细设计,借用Pro/E进行三维建模、运动仿真和性能分析。

The design and simulation of a new type of tire handling device

Abstract:This paper presents a new tire handling device, loading device by the handle of the rocker mechanism and three planetary gear mechanism to form a force amplifier, the operator only need to gently turn the handle, you can get a larger output torque, which light and quick to complete the fastening nut or demolition work. This paper describes the design and loading and unloading device works, and take the reverse design approach for three planetary gear mechanism for the detailed design, to borrow the Pro/E three-dimensional modeling, motion simulation and performance analysis.
