一种天线的关键件加工

摘要:针对某型号设备首批加工装配后,电路调试电性能不合格的情况,分析电路指标、性能要求,结合该设备的结构特点,对关键部件天线的关键件(转接波导腔、法兰盘、波导腔)进行结构优化,并重点对波导腔的加工工艺进行优化,引入了专用的定位装夹工装,从而大大简化了波导腔的加工难度。按照优化后的设计图样和加工工艺重新加工生产,最终产品满足了设备各项性能要求。

Abstract:Aim at the situation of disqualification of electrical performance after one equipment finishing assembly, we analyze the electrical targets as well as the characteristic of its structure, and we optimize the key parts’ structure of the key assembly, the antenna, such as the connecting wave-guide antrum, the flange, the wave-guide antrum. We also optimize the manufacturing technology of the wave-guide antrum, and simplify its manufacturing difficulty by designing a special clamp. After manufacturing and assembling according to the new drawings and technology, we produce a final product which meets all the performance demanded.
