基于无离合器与制动装置机床的抗冲击结构设计与应用

摘要无离合器与制动装置机床,如台式钻铣床Z7030,在紧急制动或采用盘形铣刀铣削零件时,联动主轴变速运动的皮带塔轮轮毂键槽,极易产生破裂,致使机床不能运行。联动主轴变速运动的皮带塔轮轮毂的结构设计采用镶套式组合结构,可以提高无离合器与制动装置机床塔轮轮毂抗冲击强度,避免在紧急制动或加工零件时轮毂键槽破裂造成的机床停机。

Abstract:No clutch and brake tools, such as desktop milling machine Z7030, in emergency braking or the use of disk-shaped milling cutter parts, linkage spindle speed movement of the belt pulley wheel groove, easy to rupture, resulting in the machine can not run. Spindle speed of the belt movement with DaLun wheel design of the structure of the sleeve type structure with combination, can improve no clutch brake equipment and DaLun hub of machine tool impact strength, avoid the emergency brake or processing components with wheels are caused by a ruptured the keyway machine downtime.
