破甲弹药型罩参数对射流性能影响的有限元分析

摘要：为了研究破甲弹药型罩参数对射流性能的影响，从而得到良好的射流性能。应用ANSYS/LS-DYNA仿真分析软件，在破甲弹药型罩不同壁厚及不同锥角的情况下，对破甲弹药型罩压垮、射流拉伸、侵彻等过程进行数值仿真计算，同时分析其对射流性能的影响。结果表明：在药型罩不同壁厚及不同锥角的情况下，射流的性能会受到不同程度的影响。合理调节药型罩的关键参数，从而得到关键参数与射流性能之间的规律，为之后的药型罩设计及改良提供依据。

Abstract：Studying the shaped charge liners on the jet performance parameters in order to get good performance jet. In the situation of different thickness and angle.Did a numerical calculation by using the simulation and analysis software ANSYS/LS-DYNA for the process such as steam roller , drawing of jet , penetration and so on. At the same time, did an analysis about the affect of the performance of jet .The results showed that:in the case of liners In the situation of different thickness and different cone angle, the jet's performance will be affected to varying degrees. Adjusting key parameters of liners Reasonable reasonably,Than find out a certain regulation between the key parameters and jet performance . Provide an useful reference for the further design of jet.
