球阀启闭扭矩的一种简易测定方法

摘要：球阀的启闭扭矩是反映球阀性能状态的关键参数之一。提出了一种通过扭矩扳手和齿轮箱变力装置对大扭矩球阀的扭矩进行测定的一种简易方法。该装置针对中小企业的实际情况，通过简单的装置能对大扭矩球阀开启或关闭时的最大扭矩进行测试，从而为选定阀门驱动装置和优化设计提供依据。对装置的原理进行了详细地分析研究，给出了传动参数的计算方法。结合实际中使用的情况，给出了一组测试实例，并通过对测试数据的分析对比，指出了产生误差的原因及改进方法。

Abstract：Ball valve opening and closing of the torque is a reflection of the key parameters performance ball valve state of one. Puts forward a through the torque wrench and gearbox change to big torque force device of ball valve of torque were a simple method. The device to small and medium enterprises for the actual situation, through the simple device to big torque ball valve open or close of maximum torque to test, and valve actuation device for selected and the optimization design provides the basis. The plant principle of a detailed analysis are given, and the calculation method of transmission parameters. Combined with the actual use of the are a group of test case, and through the analysis of the testing data contrast, points out the causes of errors and improving methods.
