摘要:针对传统的绘制斜切椭圆筒钣金件展开图工作量大、过程繁琐、加工质量难保证等问题,结合实例提出了基于CAXA-ME软件的CAGD图解法。其解法是先测量基本数据,其后利用投影法求作展开后的XY坐标,再绘制展开图,最后进行误差分析以确定是否达到设计要求。

The application of CAGD method based on CAXA-ME

Abstract:The traditional drawing of oblique elliptic cylinder sheet metal drawing workload big, complex process, difficult to guarantee the machining quality problem, puts forward a graphic method based on software CAXA-ME CAGD. Its solution is first measured data, then using the projection to make the unfolded XY coordinate, and then draw the diagram, finally carries on the error analysis to determine whether the design requirements.
