复合弹簧的创新设计

摘要:为了使弹簧在工作载荷变化很大的情况下,既柔软舒服又经久耐用,创新设计了复合弹簧和复合板弹簧。复合弹簧是由两种或两种以上具有不同的承受工作载荷能力的圆柱螺旋压缩弹簧组合而成的,这不仅扩大了弹簧工作载荷变化的范围(有限变无限),而且又使其变得更加柔软舒服,使弹簧在承受工作载荷的能力上产生一个飞跃。复合弹簧的各级弹簧是通过过载保护套依次组成的,过载保护套能避免弹簧在大于最大工作载荷下工作,使复合弹簧经久耐用。

The innovative design of composite spring

Abstract:In order to make the spring soft, comfortable and durable in the case of big changes in the working load, composite spring and composite plate spring are designed. These two springs have the same basic principle. They consist of two or more kinds of cylindrical helical compression springs with different load capability. They not only expand the scope of the spring working load variation(from limited to unlimited) but also get softer and more comfortable. The composite spring is assembled by several springs through the overload protectors. The overload protectors can avoid the springto work greater than the maximum working load in work and make composite spring work durable.
