基于全相位滤波的高频轮轨力测量方法研究

摘要:轨道交通领域常采用测力轮对方法对轮轨力进行检测。目前测力轮对方法仅适用于低频轮轨力的测量,而轮轨力存在高频成分时其测量效果较差。为了实现高频轮轨力测量,本文对高频轮轨力测量方法进行研究。首先,通过轮对模态分析和谐响应分析,发现在高频段,由于轮对存在模态共振现象,辐板应变与激励信号不再是线性关系,使得高频轮轨力测量时出现较大误差。为了消除轮对模态共振的影响,基于传统FIR滤波器,通过考虑滤波器系数在长度固定时的所有分段情况,设计了一种全相位滤波器。采用本文设计的全相位滤波器可以计算得到较为准确的高频轮轨力。本文的研究成果为高频轮轨力测量方法提供理论基础。

Research on High-Frequency Wheel-Rail Force Measurement Method Based on All-Phase Filter

Abstract:In the field of rail transportation, the instrumented wheelset method is often used to detect the wheel-rail force. At present, the instrumented wheelset method is only suitable for the measurement of low-frequency wheel-rail force. When the wheel-rail force has high-frequency components, the measurement is less effective. In order to realize the high-frequency wheel-rail force measurement, in this paper, the high-frequency wheel-rail force test method is investigated by means of simulation analysis. First, through the wheelset modal analysis and harmonic response analysis, it is found that in the high frequency band, due to the modal resonance phenomenon of the wheelset, the web strain and the excitation signal are no longer linear, resulting in a large error in the high frequency wheel-rail force test. In order to eliminate the influence of wheel-pair modal resonance, based on traditional FIR filter, an all-phase filter is designed by considering all the subsections when the filter coefficients are fixed in length. The all-phase filter designed can be used to calculate comparatively accurate high-frequency wheel-rail force. The research result of this paper can serve as the theoretical basis for high frequency wheel-track force measurement methods.
