轮轨粗糙度对轮轨噪声的影响研究

摘要:轮轨粗糙度是影响轮轨声源进而影响车内噪声的关键因素。本文基于结构有限元、声学边界元和轮轨接触力模型建立了轮轨滚动噪声预测模型,分析了120 km/h运行速度下不同轮轨粗糙度对轮轨噪声的影响。得出如下结论:120 km/h轮轨噪声主要能量集中在中高频段,且在800 Hz频段处有峰值。与车轮镟修前相比,车轮镟修后轮轨噪声总值为107.8 dB(A),降低12.1 dB(A)。车轮粗糙度主要影响轮轨噪声中高频段。不同等级钢轨粗糙度对应的轮轨噪声在106.9~117.9 dB(A)之间,且钢轨粗糙度对轮轨噪声全频段均有影响,对低频影响相对较大。

Study on the Influence of Wheel-Rail Roughness on Wheel-Rail Noise

Abstract:The wheel-rail roughness is a key factor that affects the wheel-rail sound source and the noise inside the subway. A wheel-rail rolling noise model was established based on finite element, boundary element and wheel-rail contact force model, and the influence of different wheel-rail roughness on wheel-rail noise source was analyzed. The following conclusions were drawn: the main energy of the 120 km/h wheel-rail noise is concentrated in the middle and high frequency bands, and there is a peak at the 800 Hz frequency band. Compared with before wheel lathing, the total wheel-rail noise after wheel lathing is 107.8 dB(A), a decrease of 12.1 dB(A). The wheel roughness mainly affects the middle and high frequency bands of the wheel-rail noise. The wheel-rail noise corresponding to different grades of rail roughness is between 106.9 and 117.9 dB(A), the rail roughness has an impact on the whole frequency band of the wheel-rail noise, and has a relatively large impact on the low frequency.
