面向高自由度的发动机虚拟维修考核方法设计

摘要:在发动机虚拟维修训练考核中,为了克服传统考核模式的单一性和评判规则的固定性,引入高自由度设计规则,通过将每个虚拟维修训练模块的考核内容纳入考核全过程动态调整中,打破理论知识、形态认知、虚拟拆装、维护保养、故障排除五个模块之间的相互独立性,采用智能组卷策略,合理设计考核科目,设置了考核流程科目随机、考核内容动态调整和考核标准评判多样三种高自由度考核方法,使各模块考核内容关联化,评判规则多样化,形成紧贴实际、自由灵活、科学高效的发动机虚拟维修考核方法。

Design of Engine Virtual Maintenance Assessment Method Oriented to High Degree of Freedom

Abstract:In the engine virtual maintenance training assessment, in order to overcome the singleness of the traditional assessment model and the fixedness of the judgment rules, a high degree of freedom design rule is introduced, and the assessment content of each virtual maintenance training module is included in the dynamic adjustment of the entire assessment process, which breaks the independence among the five modules of theoretical knowledge, morphological cognition, virtual disassembly, maintenance and troubleshooting. Intelligent strategy is adopted for the assessment, the subjects are set randomly, the content is adjusted dynamically, and the assessment rules are diversified, which is of high degree of freedom, so that the assessment content of each module is related and at the same time with diversified assessment rules, forming a virtual engine maintenance assessment method that is close to reality, free, flexible, scientific and efficient.
