某型抗蛇行减振器力学特性试验研究

摘要:针对应用于我国动车组上的某型抗蛇行减振器,利用减振器性能试验台,在常温环境条件下进行泄漏试验和力学特性试验。通过泄漏试验检验抗蛇行减振器密封性能。力学特性试验分为静态和动态特性试验;静态特性试验验证抗蛇行减振器静态特性包括阻尼力-速度和阻尼力-位移特性;动态特性试验测试抗蛇行减振器动态特性参数,输出不同幅值及不同频率下减振器的动态刚度和动态阻尼。减振器试验过程中和试验结束后均无漏油现象,满足技术要求。同时试验结果表明了抗蛇行减振器力学特性研究的重要性。

Characteristics Experiment Research on Mechanical Performance of an Anti-Yaw Damper

Abstract:Through the mechanical properties test of anti-yaw dampers produced by a certain company and used in the EMUS of our country, the leakage test and mechanical characteristic test were carried out by using the anti-yaw damper performance test rig under normal temperature environment. Check the sealing performance of anti-yaw damper by leakage test; Mechanical properties test is divided into static and dynamic properties test. Static characteristics of the anti-yaw damper are verified by static characteristics test, including damping force- velocity and damping force-displacement characteristics. The dynamic characteristic test tests the dynamic characteristic parameters of the anti-yaw damper, outputs the dynamic stiffness and dynamic damping at different amplitudes and frequencies. There is no oil leakage during and after the test, which meets the technical requirements. The test results show that the anti-yaw damper has obvious amplitude and frequency variation characteristics, the impact must be considered when designing.
