带动板的TPEE与楔形机构组合式缓冲器静压试验仿真研究

摘要:为了提高缓冲器的能量吸收率和改善缓冲器的回弹性能,发明了一种带动板的热塑性聚酯弹性体(Thermoplastic Polyester Elastomer,TPEE)与棱锥台楔形机构组合式缓冲器,根据楔形机构和动板机构基本力学原理以及TPEE粘弹性本构关系模型,应用有限元方法对这种组合式缓冲器静压试验进行仿真研究,求解出静压试验压缩和回弹全过程中缓冲器的阻抗力、各种能量和能量吸收率,以及各元件的应力等。有限元仿真结果表明,有限元方法计算出的阻抗力和能量吸收率的结果与理论和实验相结合的方法所获得的阻抗力和能量吸收率非常接近;有限元方法计算出的等效应力结果,可为各主要元件的选材和结构优化提供重要参考。

Static Pressure Test Simulation of Draft Gear Combined Moving Plates with TPEE Elements and Wedge Mechanism

Abstract:A draft gear combined moving plates with TPEE and frustum wedge mechanismis was invented to enhance the energy absorptivity and to improve the rebounding performance of draft gears. According to kinematics principle of wedge mechanism and moving plates and the viscoelastic constitutive relationship model of TPEE, the static pressure test simulation of the draft gear is carried out by using the finite element method. Then the impedance force, various energy and energy absorption rate of the draft gear and the stresses of all components in the whole process of compression and rebound of static pressure test are solved. It shows that the results of impedance force and energy absorption rate calculated by finite element analysis are very close to those acquired by the method of combining theory and experiment. The equivalent stress results of finite element analysis can provide an important reference for the material selection and structural optimization of main components.
