HXD3B型机车转向架构架强度及模态分析研究

摘要:以HXD3B型电力机车转向架构架为研究对象,基于TB/T 2368-2005标准、采用数值计算方法对其静强度和疲劳强度进行研究,并分析其前6阶模态及振型。结果表明:在各工况载荷下,构架的等效应力与其材料的许用应力相比,前者均小于后者,且其关键测点的应力坐标值均未超出其疲劳极限图的允许范围,因此构架应力范围合理,满足其强度要求;构架的自振频率范围为29.102~71.004 Hz,大于其共振频率,且抗弯性能良好。通过强度评定和模态分析可确定构架的危险部位,并提出有效的结构简化方法及数值模拟思路,为构架的进一步优化奠定了基础。

Fatigue Strength and Modal Analysis of the Bogie Frame of HXD3B Electric Locomotive

Abstract:Taking the HXD3B electric locomotive bogie frame as the research object, based on the TB/T 2368-2005 standard, the static strength and fatigue strength is studied by using numerical calculation methods and the first 6 modes and vibration type are analyzed. The results show that the equivalent stress of the frame is smaller than  the allowable stress of its material under various load conditions. In addition, the stress coordinate values of the key measuring points do not exceed the allowable range of the fatigue limit diagram. Therefore, the stress range of the frame is reasonable and meets the strength requirements. The natural frequency range of the frame is 29.102~71.004 Hz, which is greater than its resonance frequency, and has good bending resistance. Through strength evaluation and modal analysis, the dangerous parts of the structure can be determined. Effective structure simplification methods and numerical simulation ideas are proposed, which lays the foundation for further optimization of the structure.
