三层板自冲铆接各层厚度组合对铆接质量的影响

摘要:通过总厚度为8 mm的三层板材铆接的仿真试验,探究当有三层板材被铆接时各层板材的厚度组合对铆接接头成型和抗拉伸破坏力的影响。试验结果表明,7种试验方案中,20-25-35方案的铆接成型应力最小,为918.98 MPa,20-20-40方案的铆接成型应力最大,为1360.91 MPa。25-25-30方案的单位厚度拉伸力最大,为1.272 kN/mm。铆接成型试验失效与否取决于第一层和第二层板的总厚度,第一层和第二层板材的厚度越厚铆接越容易失效,但随着第一层板和第二层板材的厚度增加,成型接头的抗拉伸破坏力越大。所以,当有多层板进行铆接试验时,各层板材的厚度越均匀,对铆接成型的质量和成型接头的抗拉伸破坏力都有所提升。

Influence of Thickness Combination of Three-layer Plate Self-Piercing Riveting on Riveting Quality

Abstract:This paper studies the effect of thickness combination of three-layer plates self-piercing riveting on the forming and tensile failure resistance of the riveted joint. A simulation test of the riveting of three-layer plates with a total thickness of 8mm is carried out. The test results show that among the seven test schemes, the riveting forming stress of the 20-25-35 scheme is the smallest at 918.98 MPa, and the riveting forming stress of the 20-20-40 scheme is the largest at 1360.91 MPa. The maximum tensile force per unit thickness of the 25-25-30 program is 1.272 kN/mm. The failure of the riveting forming test depends on the total thickness of the first and second layers. The thicker the first and second layers, the easier the riveting failure. However, tensile failure resistance of the formed joint increases with the increase of thickness. Therefore, when riveting test is carried out for multi-layer plate, the more uniform the thickness of each layer of the plate, the better the quality of riveting and the tensile failure resistance of the formed joint.
