一种水葫芦水下切割粉碎装置的设计

摘要:为解决小型河道水葫芦难以快速清理的问题,同时实现水葫芦的彻底粉碎、避免二次复活生长,提出了一种集切割、粉碎功能于一体的三级刀具结构装置。该结构装置包括一级切割功能、二级分断功能、三级切割和传输功能,并综合运用了水的漩涡效应,有效解决了水葫芦在水中难受力的难题。该结构设计紧凑,不仅降低了狭小空间内水葫芦的粉碎清理难度,而且电机带动转轴依次在三级刀片和漩涡力的配合作用下,实现了水葫芦的彻底粉碎并将其送出水面,方便皮带机对碎渣的清理回收。

The Design of a Water Hyacinth Underwater Cutting and Crushing Device

Abstract:In order to solve the problem that the small water hyacinth is difficult to clean up quickly, and realize the complete crushing of the water hyacinth plants and avoid the problem of secondary growth, a three-level cutter structure device integrating cutting and crushing functions is proposed. The device includes the primary function of cutting, the secondary function of breaking, and the tertiary function of cutting and transmission, and integrates the vortex effect of water, which can effectively solve the problem that the water hyacinth plant is not stressed in the water. The compact structure design reduces the difficulty of crushing and cleaning the water hyacinth in a narrow space, and the motor drives the rotating shaft under the coordinated action of the three-stage blade and the vortex force to achieve the complete crushing of the water hyacinth and send it out of the water, which facilitates the belt machine to clean up and recycle the slag.
