单轨列车电容柜模态分析及强度分析

摘要:建立了单轨高架列车顶部的电容柜有限元模型,进行模态计算并分析其动态特性。依据标准EN12663-1,分别设置了校验工况和疲劳工况。根据校验工况计算结果,对电容柜静强度进行校验。分别绘制柜体母材及焊缝位置的Smith形式修正的Goodman疲劳极限图,将节点的平均应力及应力幅计算结果以散点图形式绘制在图中,对疲劳强度进行校验。结果表明,该电容柜各阶振型变形量最大位置主要为顶部柜门、顶部纵梁及底座板;电容柜各节点最大应力均小于许用应力,设备静强度满足设计要求;计算散点均位于合理限制区域内,疲劳强度满足使用要求。

Modal Analysis and Strength Analysis of Capacitor Cabinet of Monorail Train

Abstract:In this paper, the finite element model of the capacitor cabinet on the top of the monorail elevated train is built, and the modal analysis is carried out to analyze the dynamic characteristics. According to the standard EN 12663-1, the calibration condition and fatigue condition are set respectively. The static strength of the capacitor cabinet is checked based on the calculation results of the calibration conditions. The Goodman-Smith fatigue limit diagrams for the base material of the cabinet and the weld seam are drawn respectively, and the calculation result of the nodes is drawn in the form of a scatter diagram to check the fatigue strength. The results show that the maximum deformation of each vibration mode of the cabinet is mainly at the top cabinet door, the top longitudinal beam, and the base plate. The maximum stress of each node of the capacitor cabinet is less than the allowable stress, and the static strength of the equipment meets the design requirements. The points are located within the limited area, and the fatigue strength meets the requirements.
