基于“三位一体”的机电类创新应用型人才培养模式构建与实践

摘要:以学校为组织核心抓牢课程建设,以企业为实习主体抓好产学研,以工程中心为技术保障抓实科学研究,构建了学校、企业、工程中心“三位一体”的机电类创新应用型人才培养模式。通过开展机器人实验、学科竞赛、创新创业等智能化工程训练项目,以及申请专利、参与教师科研项目等环节,提高学生的综合应用实践能力和社会竞争力。该人才培养模式以社会导向的创新应用型人才需求为指引,以学校、企业和工程中心三方深度融合为桥梁,以提高学生的工程实践能力和创新思维能力为目标,在机电类创新应用型人才培养中起到至关重要的作用,对其他专业应用型人才培养具有借鉴意义。

Construction and Practice of the “Three-in-one” Training Mode of Innovative and Practical Talents Majoring in Electromechanical Engineering

Abstract:Taking the university as the core in curriculum construction, the enterprise as the main body in the cooperation of enterprises, universities and institutes, and the engineering center as the technical guarantee in scientific research, we construct a “three-in-one” training mode of innovative and practical talents majoring in electromechanical engineering. Through the development of intelligent engineering training projects such as robot experiment, discipline competition, innovation and entrepreneurship, patent application, participation in research projects, etc., students' comprehensive practical ability and social competitiveness had been improved. The talent training mode is society-oriented and meets the need of innovative and applied talents. With the deep integration of university, enterprise and engineering center, this mode plays a vital role in the training of innovative and practical talents in electromechanical engineering, achieving the goal of improving students' engineering practice ability and innovative thinking ability. It has practical significance for talents training in other specialties.
