方程式赛车前束自动调节装置设计及静力学分析

摘要:为避免目前车辆在前束调节中需要停车手动调节横拉杆长度的缺陷,提出了一种适用于方程式赛车的前束自动调节装置。并借助赛车转向阻力矩的计算公式初步对该装置工作时所受压力和转矩进行计算,随后使用Inventor软件对该装置进行了三维建模与渲染,并验证了其可行性。最终利用计算结果在ANSYS Workbench中导入关键零部件进行静力学分析,保障了装置零部件结构的安全性。本文研究为方程式赛车前束自动调节装置的设计和优化提供了参考。

Design and Statics Analysis of Toe-in Automatic Adjusting Device of Formula Car

Abstract:In current vehicle toe-in adjustment, the length of the tie rods needs to be adjusted manually after stopping the car. In order to overcome this shortcoming, a device which can automatically adjust the toe-in of the formula car is designed in this paper. First, the calculation formula of the steering resistance moment of formula car is applied to calculate the pressure and torque of the device. Then, the device is modeled and rendered with the Inventor software and the device’s feasibility is verified. Finally, according to the calculation results, the critical parts are imported into ANSYS Workbench for statics analysis, which guarantees the safety of the device structure. The research provides a reference for the design and optimization of the automatic adjustment device of the toe-in of formula car.
